Corporate Catering and Events With 300+ People

  • How to book an event?

    Give Lee a call at (217) 279-4762 and we will work out all the details.

  • For a corporate meal, when do you serve?

    Country Rhodes works when you work. We are able to provide fresh food cooked on-site for all shifts. 

  • What do we (company or event coordinator) need to provide?

    1. 100 feet of parking space
    2. 2-3 separate breakers of 110 power 
    3. A list of where we should serve, how many people, and time(s) to serve 
    4. Any specialty dietary restrictions 
  • Can you provide a small amount of meals to accommodate individuals with diet restrictions?

    Yes, just provide us with the details and we will provide fresh meals modified to fit the dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy, soy or nut-free; vegan;  vegetarian; pescatarian, etc.)

  • How to book an event?

    Give Lee a call at (217) 279-4762 and we will work out all the details.

  • Is there a minimum cost that the organization will need to spend?

    Yes, the minimum for this service is $2,000. This covers the cost of food, supplies, and employee expenses. Once you’ve served over 180 people you will cover your minimum costs. 

  • What does the organization need to provide?

    1. 100 feet of parking space
    2. 2-3 separate breakers of 110 power 
    3. A list of where we should serve, how many people, and time to serve 
    4. 6-10 volunteers to help with taking money, handing out plates and dishes, trash disposal, food prep, keeping the buffet line full, or boxing up to-go containers.
    5. Advertise the event on social media, radio, newspaper, etc. a month or two before the event.
